Se ha comentado que en la realización de dicho projecto han pensado en Mark Millar como el escritor y en Marko Djurdjevic como el dibujante. Pero hasta el momento la idea no ha pasado del escritorio de Joe (fat bastard) Quesada
La idea básica viene del arco de daredevil donde Matt se encontraba en prisión, debido a la afición por dicho arco es que Marvel ha pensado seriamente a cerca de hechar a andar esta serie....
